Classification of color pastes

There are many kinds of color pastes. In some places, color pastes are also called color pastes. The following are three of them:
1. PU color paste: There are two types, one is used in PU (epoxy) resin, but all PU color pastes need to contain a carrier, otherwise the surface curing will be affected. Another color paste used in epoxy AB glue does not need a pigment containing a carrier. Because the AB glue contains a carrier, it is heated and formed during use. The color paste is cured and formed according to the temperature change of the resin carrier.
2. PVC color paste: It is a pigment in polyvinyl chloride resin, which needs to be heated and formed.
3. Silicone color paste: It is a pigment used in silicone resin. The curing time of color paste is determined according to the solid time of the carrier of silicone resin.
The above three are oil-based color pastes, which are divided into organic pigments and inorganic pigments. They are not suitable for water-based and solvent-based pigments, otherwise precipitation, floating and particle formation will occur.
Applicable industries:
1. It is suitable for industries such as industry, electronics, crafts, gifts, machinery, printing, decoration, furniture, construction, lighting, transportation, etc.;
2. Suitable for PVC soft coating (Casting), dipping (Dip-moulding), micro-injection, ink, toys and other paste molding or PVC semi-rigid (Semi-rigid) artificial leather and other coloring industries;

3. Printing, signs, gifts, automobiles, daily necessities, adult products, kitchen utensils, medical, wire and cable, oil sludge, sculpture mud, electronic equipment and other fields
