Polyurethane catalyst A300 is a delayed gelling catalyst specially designed for the production of polyurethane for car seats and backrests. Adding amine catalyst A300 can provide excellent pore opening of polyurethane products, which can greatly reduce the use of pore opening agents while maintaining foaming The formula is stable and will not cause foam collapse. For formulas using high MDI and fully modified MDI, because the system reacts quickly and flows slowly, the fluidity can be improved, the demoulding time can also be shortened, and the production efficiency can be improved.

Water solubility: completely dissolved

The main function:

● Shorten demoulding time and increase production capacity.

● Delayed cross-linking tertiary amine composite catalyst

● Is used for fast cycle turntable car seat production line

● After foaming rises, slow down the viscosity increase rate and improve fluidity. Provide enough time to allow the foaming raw materials to evenly distribute in the mold cavity

● Provide good physical properties of finished foam
