Characteristics and performance of polyurethane catalyst A1

2024-02-22

Polyurethane catalyst A1 is mainly used in the production of soft polyether polyurethane foams and can also be used in rigid foam for packaging. Amine catalyst A1 has a particularly strong catalytic effect on water, so it can reduce the foam density. It is approximately 80% effective in controlling gas-producing reactions and approximately 20% effective in controlling gel reactions. The catalyst has high activity and low dosage. By adjusting the dosage of this series, the foaming rise and gel time can be controlled. Amine catalyst A1 is shared with organotin catalyst, which can significantly improve the production tolerance of foam plastics, ensuring that unnecessary quality problems will not be caused by careless operation or small errors in the metering system during production, and high-quality soft foam can be produced. plastic. Amine catalyst A1 is widely used in various formulations for manufacturing polyurethane foam, and is especially suitable for the production of high resilience, semi-rigid foam and low-density foam.
