1. Viscosity is an important indicator of color paste products. The most suitable viscosity range for PU color paste products is 2000--3000 mPa·s. Because experience shows that the fluidity and dispersion of colorants in this viscosity range are the most stable, suitable for manual operation and head mixing;
2. For the polyurethane industry, the ideal fineness range of the color paste is below 15 microns. 3. The amount of color paste added should be controlled within 3% of the polyol, so that their influence on the formula can be ignored.
