Classification and application range of color paste

What are the types of color paste?
There are many kinds of color pastes. In some places, color pastes are also called color pastes. The following are three kinds of color pastes:
1. PU color paste: divided into two types
One is used in PU (epoxy) resin, but PU color paste needs to contain a carrier, otherwise it will affect the surface curing.
Another type of color paste used in epoxy AB glue is a pigment that does not need to contain a carrier, because the AB glue contains a carrier, which is heated and molded during use, and the color paste is cured and shaped according to the temperature of the resin carrier.
2. PVC color paste: it uses the pigment in polyvinyl chloride resin, which needs to be heated and molded.
3. Silicone color paste: It is a pigment used in silicone resin. The curing of the color paste depends on the solid time of the carrier of the silicone resin.
The above three types are all oil-based color pastes, divided into organic pigments and inorganic pigments, not suitable for water-based and solvent-based, otherwise precipitation, floating, and particles will occur.
Applicable industries:
1. Suitable for industry, electronics, crafts, gifts, machinery, printing, decoration, furniture, construction, lighting, transportation and other industries;
2. Suitable for PVC soft coating (Casting), dipping (Dip-moulding), micro-injection, ink, toys and other paste molding or PVC semi-rigid (Semi-rigid) artificial leather and other coloring industries;

3. Printing, signs, gifts, automobiles, daily necessities, adult products, kitchen supplies, medical treatment, wire and cable, oil sludge, sculpture clay, electronic equipment and other fields
